Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern use of the VideoBundle Pro digital-video marketplace by visitors, buyers, and sellers.
1. About the marketplace
VideoBundle Pro provides a marketplace where independent sellers can publish digital video bundles and buyers can browse listings, submit payment information, receive order approval, and access an assigned download package. The website may review listings, payments, stock, withdrawals, and account activity, but it does not guarantee the commercial success, quality, legality, or suitability of every seller submission.
2. Acceptance and account eligibility
By visiting the website, creating an account, submitting a listing, placing an order, or requesting a withdrawal, you agree to these Terms and the linked Privacy, Refund, and DMCA Policies. You must provide accurate information and have legal capacity to enter into a transaction. A minor may use the service only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for protecting your login details and for all activity performed through your account. Notify the site operator promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without authorization.
3. Buyer responsibilities
- Review the listing title, description, category, language, video length, platform, orientation, price, licence information, and available stock before ordering.
- Submit truthful payment details and valid payment evidence when manual verification is required.
- Download and securely store the purchased file after approval. Locally hosted one-time stock files may be permanently removed from website hosting after successful delivery.
- Use the content only within the licence stated on the listing or, when no special licence is shown, for the buyer’s own content-production use.
4. Seller responsibilities
A seller must own the uploaded material or have written permission to sell and distribute it. Sellers must not upload copied, pirated, misleading, unlawful, malicious, privacy-invasive, or rights-infringing files. Listing titles, previews, images, descriptions, classifications, prices, and ZIP stock must accurately represent the product.
Sellers authorize the website to display listing information, thumbnails, previews, category fallback images, and account names for marketplace operation and promotion. The website may reject, unpublish, suspend, or remove a listing when it appears incomplete, deceptive, unsafe, unlawful, out of stock, or inconsistent with these policies.
5. Orders, payment review, and stock reservation
An order is not completed merely because payment evidence was submitted. Orders may remain pending while the administrator checks payment details. A ZIP unit may be reserved during this review. Approval depends on successful verification, available stock, and compliance with marketplace rules. False or duplicate payment evidence may lead to cancellation or account restriction.
6. Digital delivery and file deletion
Approved purchases unlock the assigned digital package through the buyer dashboard or another delivery method shown by the website. Each uploaded ZIP may represent one sellable stock unit. When a locally hosted unit is delivered through the one-time download system, the physical file and associated media record may be permanently deleted from the website’s hosting. Transaction records may remain for accounting, support, security, and legal purposes.
External download links are controlled by their external provider. The website may remove a consumed external link from its own database but cannot guarantee deletion from third-party hosting.
7. Licence and prohibited use
Purchase transfers only the usage rights described by the seller; it does not transfer copyright or ownership unless the listing expressly says otherwise. Unless a listing grants broader rights, buyers may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, sublicense, upload the original ZIP to another marketplace, or claim authorship of the source files.
8. Marketplace fees and seller withdrawals
The website may deduct an administrator-configured withdrawal percentage from new withdrawal requests. Before submission, the seller dashboard displays the requested amount, fee percentage, fee amount, and estimated net payout. Each request stores the percentage applied at the time of submission. A later rate change does not retroactively change an older request.
Withdrawals may be delayed, rejected, or adjusted when sales are disputed, refunded, fraudulent, duplicated, subject to chargeback, or linked to prohibited content.
9. Refunds and disputes
Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy. Digital products are generally non-returnable after successful access or download, except where the product was not delivered, was technically unusable, materially differed from the listing, contained prohibited material, or involved a duplicate verified payment. The site operator may request screenshots, file details, order information, or other evidence.
10. Suspension and termination
The website may limit, suspend, or close accounts and remove listings or orders when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, investigate abuse, prevent fraud, enforce policy, or maintain platform security. Where practical, affected users may be informed of the reason and given an opportunity to provide relevant information.
11. Availability and disclaimers
The marketplace is provided on an “as available” basis. Maintenance, hosting failures, third-party service interruptions, payment-provider problems, external-link expiration, browser incompatibility, or security incidents may affect access. No promise is made that every feature or listing will always remain available or error-free.
12. Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site operator is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from seller content, third-party services, lost profits, lost audience reach, platform-policy changes, or a user’s failure to keep a downloaded backup. Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated to reflect feature, payment, security, legal, or marketplace changes. The current version is published on this page with its update date. Continued use after an update indicates acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
