Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to digital video bundles purchased through VideoBundle Pro.
1. Digital-product principle
Video bundles are digital goods that can be copied after access. For that reason, completed digital deliveries are normally final. A refund is not automatically available merely because a buyer changed their mind, no longer needs the content, expected different audience results, lacks compatible editing software, or failed to review the listing.
2. Situations that may qualify
A buyer may request review when:
- verified payment was received but the order was not approved or delivered within a reasonable time;
- the assigned ZIP is missing, corrupt, empty, infected, inaccessible, or cannot be opened after reasonable troubleshooting;
- the delivered package materially differs from the listing’s stated quantity, language, format, category, length, orientation, or included features;
- the same transaction was charged or verified more than once;
- the product is removed because it infringes rights, contains prohibited content, or presents a serious security risk; or
- the administrator confirms another substantial delivery failure.
3. Situations normally not eligible
- Change of mind after download or access.
- Failure to read the product description, licence, classifications, or compatibility information.
- Dissatisfaction with views, engagement, revenue, monetization, or third-party platform performance.
- Third-party platform policy changes, copyright detection, account restrictions, or algorithm changes not caused by a false listing.
- Loss of the downloaded file after successful delivery.
- Unauthorized redistribution, modification, resale, or misuse of the product.
4. Request period and evidence
Refund requests should be submitted within seven days after order approval or attempted delivery. Include the account email, order number, product title, payment reference, a clear explanation, and relevant screenshots or error details. The administrator may ask the buyer to test a replacement file or provide additional technical information.
5. Resolution options
After review, the website may provide a replacement file, restore access, correct the listing, issue a full or partial refund, reject the request with reasons, suspend the disputed seller credit, or take another reasonable action. Refunds are normally returned through the original or another verified payment method where practical.
6. Effect on downloads and seller earnings
When a refund is approved, access may be revoked, unused stock may be restored when technically possible, and the associated seller earning may be reversed or deducted from available or future balance. A buyer who receives a refund must stop using and sharing the refunded files unless the administrator confirms otherwise.
7. Chargebacks and duplicate disputes
Before starting a chargeback, buyers should contact the website so the order can be investigated. Fraudulent, abusive, or duplicate disputes may result in account restriction. Nothing in this policy removes rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.
