DMCA Policy
VideoBundle Pro respects copyright and provides a process for reporting allegedly infringing marketplace listings or files.
1. Seller copyright warranty
Every seller must own the uploaded videos, images, audio, text, previews, and ZIP contents or hold sufficient written permission to sell and distribute them. Uploading content found online, copied from another marketplace, taken from a creator without permission, or restricted by a third-party licence is prohibited.
2. Copyright complaint requirements
A copyright owner or authorized representative may send a written notice containing:
- the claimant’s full name, organization, postal address, telephone number, and email address;
- identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
- the exact URL of each listing, preview, image, or file complained about;
- a clear explanation of why the use is unauthorized;
- a statement of good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or law;
- a statement that the information is accurate and that the sender is the owner or authorized to act for the owner; and
- a physical or electronic signature.
3. Review and temporary action
After receiving a sufficiently complete complaint, the website may disable the listing, restrict the seller’s account, preserve relevant records, pause related withdrawals, notify the seller, request more evidence, or remove the disputed material. Incomplete or unsupported notices may be returned for clarification.
4. Seller response and counter-notice
A seller who believes material was removed by mistake or misidentification may respond with their name, contact details, identification of the removed material, the original listing URL, supporting ownership or licence evidence, a good-faith statement explaining the error, any legally required consent to jurisdiction, and a physical or electronic signature. The website may forward the response to the complainant where permitted.
5. Restoration
Material may be restored when the complaint is withdrawn, the parties resolve the issue, the seller provides reliable authorization, a valid counter-notice is not challenged within the legally applicable period, or the administrator otherwise concludes that restoration is appropriate. Restoration is not guaranteed.
6. Repeat infringement
Accounts associated with repeated or serious infringement may be suspended or terminated. Related listings, unpaid earnings, withdrawals, and delivery access may be restricted while claims are investigated.
7. False notices
Submitting a knowingly false copyright complaint or counter-notice may create legal liability. The website may reject abusive notices and preserve relevant evidence.
8. Other intellectual-property complaints
Trademark, privacy, impersonation, counterfeit, or other rights complaints should identify the protected right, the disputed URL, the basis of the claim, and the requested action. The site operator may use a similar review process.
